Drafting and arguing substantive motions, including pre-trial motions
Taking and defending depositions, including expert witnesses
Preparing for and participating in trial
Working closely with multiple partners across a range of matters
Managing state court litigation with increasing autonomy and responsibility, and working in tandem on federal court matters
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of experience in litigation
Exposure to commercial litigation and/or real estate litigation
Strong legal writing skills
Analytical ability
Motion practice experience
Ability to draft and argue substantive motions, including pre-trial motions
Experience taking and defending depositions, including expert witnesses
Preparation for and participation in trial
Ability to manage state court litigation with increasing autonomy and responsibility
Ability to work in tandem on federal court matters
Preferred
Prior deposition experience
