Drafting and arguing substantive motions (including pre-trial motions)
Taking and defending depositions (including expert witnesses)
Preparing for and participating in trial, including questioning expert witnesses
Working collaboratively with multiple partners across cases
Handling matters in state court with meaningful autonomy and mentorship
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of real estate litigation experience
Senior or partner-level attorneys interested in sophisticated work without a business development requirement
Strong legal writing and motion practice experience
Litigators who enjoy non-cookie-cutter cases and want to be deeply involved in strategy
Attorneys seeking substantive responsibility, not just support roles
Preferred
Prior deposition experience is helpful but not required
