Responsibilities

Providing hands-on technical support for Information Technology Services
Supporting three primary service areas in the UITS Service Management organization: Desktop Support, CCTV Support, and Audio/Visual (AV) Support
Maintaining regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance
Creating and maintaining collegial, harmonious working relationships with others

Required

Must be a currently enrolled student at the University of Arkansas
Basic familiarity with computers, operating systems, and technology troubleshooting (training provided)
Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds and climb ladders up to 10 feet
Must be able to obtain CJIS-clearance through the University of Arkansas Police Department

Preferred

Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
Knowledge of networking fundamentals
Prior exposure to CCTV systems or AV equipment
Experience using IT ticketing systems
Proof of Veteran Status
