Responsibilities

Own advanced troubleshooting across Windows Server, networking, and cloud environments
Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments including Entra ID
Manage VMware or Hyper-V virtualized infrastructures
Configure and support switches, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs
Troubleshoot end-to-end issues across servers, storage, and network connectivity
Apply change control and security best practices consistently
Work directly with clients to resolve issues and improve system reliability
Research unfamiliar technical challenges and implement long term solutions
Improve documentation, standards, and automation where possible

Required

MSP experience supporting multiple client environments
5+ years of Windows Systems Administration experience
5+ years of Network Administration experience
3+ years managing Microsoft 365 environments
2+ years managing Azure environments
Strong understanding of TCP, NAT, ARP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, VLANs, and VPNs
Hands-on experience configuring and managing switches and firewalls
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently
Clear client-facing communication and documentation habits
Desire to keep learning and applying new technologies
