Responsibilities

Manage operations for multiple communities, ensuring compliance with governing documents and state statutes
Oversee vendors, contracts, maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financials, approve invoices, and ensure timely collections
Serve as liaison between boards, homeowners, and the management company; facilitate meetings and provide governance guidance
Lead developer/declarant transitions, interpret governing documents, collaborate on punch lists and reserve studies, and manage post-turnover changes
Ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory requirements

Required

Strong knowledge of HOA/COA operations, governing documents, and state regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Certifications such as CAM, CMCA, AMS, or PCAM preferred
