Help Desk Specialist
Apexon is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide application-related support. The role involves resolving helpdesk tickets and assisting users with Microsoft custom-built applications.
Responsibilities
This is an application-related Helpdesk position and not a computer hardware, software, or networking-related help desk position
Candidates will be trained on Microsoft custom-built applications & will have to provide helpdesk support for these applications
Candidates will have to work through the helpdesk tickets assigned to them towards resolution by understanding the issue and working towards a resolution
Preferred candidates are those who have exposure to help desk tools, documentation, escalation process & troubleshooting. This position will also involve minimal testing
Qualification
Required
Application Help Desk experience
Problem-solving & Analytical skills
Customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Preferred
Exposure to Microsoft products like Word, Excel, etc
Preference will be given to local candidates
