Responsibilities

Create, update, and modify IVR call flows, scripts, and applications using NICE Studio
Integrate the IVR system with backend databases (SQL/RDMS), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), web services, and third-party APIs using REST APIs, JavaScript, JSON, and XML
Conduct unit and system integration testing (SIT), support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage deployment processes
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to IVR applications to ensure high availability and performance
Work with business analysts, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define functional designs
Maintain technical documentation for IVR architecture, configurations, and call flows

Required

Knowledge of telecommunication protocols (VoIP, SIP) and CTI integration
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is often required
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
