This role supports the employee relations function through case management, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations, while collaborating closely with departmental leaders.

Responsibilities

Assist with ER case management, documentation, and compliance tracking
Serve as a resource to managers and employees on performance issues, coaching, and policy questions
Participate in employee relations investigations and assist in gathering facts and drafting documentation
Support the ADA interactive process and preparation of accommodation plans
Research and analyze employment issues, providing initial recommendations or referrals
Collaborate in developing and updating policies, guidance documents, and ER procedures
Assist in preparing reports and data for ER metrics and initiatives

Required

Strong foundational knowledge of HR laws and best practices (EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
