Responsibilities

Do daily monitoring and analysis of key trends and activity impacting current and potential transaction activity

Provide ongoing updates and customization of pitch decks

League table tracking and submission

Project management, tracking and reporting

Learn to monitor SEC and legal filings

Secure relevant media opportunities on behalf of clients, including embargoed media exclusives around strategic announcements

Assist Prosek team with client media prep sessions

Develop a keen understanding and knowledge of the media landscape

Develop and maintain strong relationships with reporters who cover your clients’ transactions/announcements

Deliver first drafts of external and internal client communications, including but not limited to: press releases, messaging, memos, fight letters, FAQ/Q&A, fact sheets, investor presentations, talking points, management scripts, media briefing materials, and related transaction documents, etc
