Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day management of multiple website development projects running in parallel
Lead project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules
Manage scope, change requests, and issue resolution proactively
Ensure projects remain on track for launch dates, quality standards, and business goals
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams (marketing, digital, IT, operations, leadership) and external partners
Run weekly status meetings, working sessions, and executive updates
Ensure clear communication, accountability, and documentation across all stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Website Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role
Proven experience successfully leading full website rebuilds or large-scale web development projects (must be able to demonstrate past projects)
Experience managing multi-brand or multi-site website builds simultaneously
Strong understanding of website development processes
Comfortable working with external agencies and internal executive stakeholders
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage competing priorities
