The primary responsibility will be to translate software requirements into maintainable solutions within existing application frameworks while applying technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

Translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks

Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle

Gather accurate requirements and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and the scope of development

Identify errors and make adjustments in a testing environment

Develop and adhere to best practices for developing applications that are scalable, relevant, and critical to the project

Review the work done by other team members and guide them in complex issues

Have basic knowledge related to Agile methodology

Analyze business requirements, and create technical design documents that are in accordance with the company's architecture standards

Support the execution of this program ensuring quality delivery of digital artifacts in alignment with client’s ecommerce roadmap

Interact with tech lead to understand technology direction/changes, standards, and best practices

Coordinate with multiple teams

Participate in discussions with customer as needed and articulate the value delivered by proposed technical solution

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Experience

Understanding of Digital Service and Customer Experience

Should be capable of reviewing the work done by other team members and guide them in complex issues

Should have basic knowledge related to Agile methodology

At least 4 years of experience with Java/J2EE & 3 years of experience in Spring boot, Micro Services, React JS

At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle

Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills on Java/J2EE technologies

Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation

Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
