Responsibilities

Develop, analyze, and validate facility layout proposals to optimize material flow and throughput
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to plan and implement layout changes
Ensure layout designs comply with safety, ergonomic, and operational standards
Support installation, cutover, and commissioning activities, minimizing impact to production
Review and update layout documentation to reflect as-built conditions
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in space utilization and workflow efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar layout and drafting tools
5+ years of experience in facility layout design and optimization
Proven experience supporting mid-scale layout changes in manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing setting
