Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive financial services to AACU members, including consumer loans and cash transactions

Promote and cross-sell credit union products such as checking and savings accounts, loans, certificates of deposit (CDs), and credit cards

Originate and process consumer loans, including credit reviews, application submissions, and loan maintenance

Handle complex account maintenance tasks, such as joint removals, fraud transfers, and closing member accounts

Assist members with electronic banking and promote credit union electronic delivery channels, including smartphone and tablet applications

Conduct branch audits and actively participate in branch and credit union events to engage with the community

Maintain professional and courteous service to internal and external customers, adhering to AACU's core values of Responsibility, Education, Inclusiveness, and Growth

Oversee daily branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager and ensure compliance with internal policies and federal/state regulations
