Issue Management: Triage, log, and categorize defects, incidents, and inquiries relating to the IT Vendor Management interface of Icertis; track issues through resolution and report on SLAs and progress

Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Icertis project team, developers, QA, and business analysts to drive timely issue resolution

Documentation: Maintain clear records of issues, root causes, workarounds, and solutions to support a growing knowledge base

User Support: Provide troubleshooting assistance, guidance, and ad-hoc training to end-users and super users
