Minimum 10 years of professional electrical engineering experience is required
Experience with prototype and product development
Experience with supporting testing and test-plan development
Experience with identifying and sourcing components to realize a design
Ability to work with and engage team members across departments
Strong mentoring abilities
Capable of owning tasks from beginning to end
Experience with power electronics systems
Qualification
Required

Master of Science in Electrical Engineering is required
Experience with prototype and product development
Experience with supporting testing and test-plan development
Experience with identifying and sourcing components to realize a design
Ability to work with and engage team members across departments

Experience with power electronics systems
Preferred
Experience with motors and drives
Experience with generators and micro-grids
Experience with embedded firmware development
Experience with MBSE using Matlab Simulink (Simscape Electrical, Embedded Coder, etc.)
