Responsibilities

Content Creation: Design and develop polished sales assets including slides, one-pagers, guides, FAQs, talk tracks, templates, infographics, eLearning modules, instructional videos, and internal communications
Strategy & Execution: Translate business objectives into effective learning programs that improve sales effectiveness and pipeline conversion
Content Maintenance: Update and refresh existing documents, decks, and tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current offerings
Visual Communication: Support the creation of graphics, flowcharts, process diagrams, and simple visuals that help sellers understand and explain our solutions
Content Organization: Assist in maintaining a structured, searchable content library (e.g., in Seismic, SharePoint, or internal repositories)
Collaboration: Work with Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Sales to gather inputs and quickly translate concepts into usable content
Quality Control: Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines, use clear language, and are free of errors
Project Coordination: Support content production timelines, version control, and documentation management
Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs (time-to-ramp, win rates, quota attainment)

Required

1–3 years of content creation experience in sales enablement, marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex topics
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) and learning development tools (Articulate, Captivate, LMS Platforms, etc.) a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

Preferred

Experience producing sales collateral, training materials, or internal communications is preferred
