Responsibilities
8+ years of audit experience in asset management
3+ years focused on money market / prime funds
3+ years at Big 4, internal audit, or consulting (Senior/Manager level)
Proven experience leading complex global audits
Strong C-suite and senior stakeholder management experience
Technical Expertise in asset management operations (front/middle/back office)
Knowledge of money market regulations (SEC Rule 2a-7, MMF Reform)
Understanding of fund accounting, NAV calculations, pricing methodologies
Familiarity with risk frameworks (COSO, COBIT)
Experience with financial instruments: repos, commercial paper, CDs, treasuries
Proficiency in audit & analytics tools: ACL, IDEA, Tableau, TeamMate
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Advanced Excel and data analytics skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in matrix organizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA, CIA, CISA, or CFA (Required)
8+ years of audit experience in asset management
3+ years focused on money market / prime funds
3+ years at Big 4, internal audit, or consulting (Senior/Manager level)
