Talent Glider is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Analyst to support their supply chain operations. The role involves analyzing supply chain data, developing reports, and collaborating with various teams to improve processes and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain data related to inventory, procurement, demand, and logistics

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key supply chain KPIs

Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and capacity analysis

Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels

Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams

Assist with cost analysis, variance analysis, and optimization initiatives

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across supply chain systems

Prepare documentation and presentations for business stakeholders

Required

Master's degree (required) in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Logistics, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis

Understanding of supply chain concepts (procurement, inventory, demand planning, logistics)

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) – exposure acceptable

Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly

Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
