The role involves ensuring vacated apartments are restored to 'make-ready' status through various maintenance and repair tasks.

Responsibilities

Apartment Inspections – Inspect vacated apartments and complete thorough checklists to prepare for new residents

Repairs & Maintenance – Replace or repair windows, doors, baseboards, mirrors, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, and more. Perform general maintenance and repair work in drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances

Painting & Drywall – Assist with painting and drywall repair to ensure apartments are fresh and welcoming

Key Replacement – Make new keys and replace locks when necessary to ensure security and a smooth transition for new residents

Cleaning & Groundskeeping – Share responsibilities with the maintenance team for general property upkeep, ensuring the community is clean and well-maintained

Required

Previous maintenance or repair experience, particularly in painting, drywall, basic electrical work, and plumbing
