Responsibilities

Assist Sales reps in phone prospecting, lead generation, running and closing deals, account evals and bid creation for accounts
Hire new sales representatives and other personnel needed to staff the local office, or as directed by upper management
Train and mentor new sales recruits on EMG’s products, services, and sales system
Coordinate placement of recruitment advertisements for sales representatives and other personnel needed to staff the local office
Interview prospects for sales positions and other personnel

Required

Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or related field
3 years of sales experience
Some supervisory experience
Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or related field
Some outside sales and product sales experience
Industry knowledge
Bilingual
