Responsibilities
Expand and evolve customer-facing trust and transparency programs that provide self-service access to security, privacy, and compliance information
Partner directly with customer security teams and IT leaders as a trusted technical advisor, aligning cybersecurity capabilities with business objectives
Act as the internal security subject matter expert for sales and GTM teams, supporting client discussions, presentations, and strategic pursuits
Represent the organization externally in security and technology forums, helping shape industry perspectives and best practices
Translate technical security capabilities into clear business value to support product adoption and sales acceleration
Collaborate closely with engineering, legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure accurate, current, and consistent security messaging
Lead responses to security-related RFIs and RFPs, delivering clear and detailed explanations of controls, policies, and procedures
Maintain and enhance security documentation, including policies, attestations, and compliance certifications
Analyze customer inquiry trends to continuously improve security content and proactive communications
Support third-party risk assessments and customer due diligence activities
Contribute insights on emerging threats, regulations, and customer expectations to inform product and platform roadmaps
Develop and standardize security sales playbooks, equipping sales teams with effective messaging, objection handling, and use cases
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
4+ years in customer-facing positions supporting senior security or IT stakeholders
Strong knowledge of security principles, data protection, privacy, and compliance frameworks
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
Preferred
Experience building and scaling customer trust or security assurance programs
3+ years supporting third-party risk management initiatives
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect security capabilities to business outcomes
Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E, Security+)
Experience with cloud platforms, security technologies, and modern data platforms
