Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple IT projects for the large, enterprise environment
Lead initiatives by building project plans, budget/resource allocations and financial models related to these projects
Showcase financial expertise while evaluating related Capex vs Opex aspects
Communicate project portfolio items to executive leadership
Own executive level communications for any aspects related to your project portfolio
Stay highly engaged with both technology and business stakeholders
Project documentation
Data analysis/reporting
Removing bottlenecks to drive projects successfully through completion

Required

10+ years experience in enterprise IT project management
Strong background in Agile transformation
Well versed on application modernization/enterprise application development projects
Strong experience owning executive communications and stakeholder management
Focus on product/application development and deliver projects
Well versed on project financials- Building project budgets, resource plans, forecasting, financial tracking
Strong understanding of Capex vs. Opex related to enterprise IT projects
Experience with project management tools- ADO, ServiceNow SPM
Experience in Agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies
Expert PowerPoint and Excel skills
