Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on TestQ AI setup, deployment, and usage across enterprise projects
Define and maintain AI-driven QA automation best practices
Review and validate TestQ AI outputs (test coverage, defect detection, automation strategy)
Advise on CI/CD integration and QA automation architecture
Coach and mentor a remote QA team in Colombia (technical and process guidance)
Support QA leadership with quality metrics, reporting, and delivery governance
Act as a trusted QA advisor to US-based stakeholders and project leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in QA automation, quality engineering, or test leadership roles
At least one proven, real-world deployment of TestQ AI (production or enterprise context)
Strong background in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Experience with AI-driven testing platforms and intelligent test automation
Proven experience guiding or leading distributed / nearshore QA teams
Comfortable operating in a consultative, advisory role
Fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
