Computer Software

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems to ensure seamless data exchange
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver customized solutions
Create and implement technical specifications for data modeling and system integration
Work with Sage 300 to address accounting-related requirements and ensure system efficiency
Utilize Microsoft SQL and mSQL for database development, troubleshooting, and optimization
Provide technical support and act as a resource for both internal and external stakeholders
Analyze and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity across all systems
Develop and document processes and workflows for system enhancements
Offer excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve system performance

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL development and EDI analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and mySQL for database management and optimization
Strong knowledge of Sage 300 and its applications in accounting processes
Ability to create and interpret technical specifications and data models
Excellent Communication Skills For Client-facing Responsibilities
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus
