InternElectro is a company that produces functional chewing gum designed for athletes, and they are seeking an intern to help build an online learning platform for athletes to grow their personal brand. The role involves outreach, athlete onboarding, and building partnerships within the NIL space.

Responsibilities
Email and message NIL coordinators, athletic departments, and collectives to secure meetings or partnerships
Pitch our NIL software and athlete growth community to schools and programs
Track and outreach and follow-ups in CRM tools to ensure consistent communication
Onboard athletes into our software and community platform
Pitch major corporations and brands
Ensure every athlete is connected with at least one guaranteed NIL Deal
Network with corporations and agencies in the NIL Space
Build partnerships with athletes, universities, collectives, and promotions
Provide feedback from coordinators and athletes to improve our software and services
Represent Electro as a trusted partner in the NIL space
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills for outreach and sales
Ability to track outreach and follow-ups in CRM tools
Experience or knowledge in athlete growth and support
Networking skills with corporations and agencies in the NIL space
Ability to build partnerships with athletes, universities, and collectives
Feedback collection skills to improve software and services
Representation skills to act as a trusted partner in the NIL space
