Responsibilities
Learns and applies company concepts, policies, and procedures; follows standard practices
Normally receives detailed directions on all work
Makes suggestions to improve work processes and assists in reducing to practice patentable inventions
Works on projects of moderate scope requiring analysis of identifiable factors
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Participates in technical team activities
Presents and discusses data within group settings
Monitors work to ensure quality and continuously promotes Quality First Time
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent in a directly related discipline
Minimum experience as entry-level engineering position
