Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional team members to develop and implement advertising and collateral programs to meet objectives

Manage the lifecycle of a project including opening a job, developing project schedules, producing creative/project briefs, conducting internal project status meetings, coordinating and managing internal and client review cycles of projects

Traffic creative files to select paid media partners for implementation

Responsible for management and quality control of organic social media campaigns

Build and maintain a solid and professional working relationship with clients

Foundational administrative tasks, such as maintaining client status reports, producing conference reports, and other support functions for the account team

Present work and status of projects to client

Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

Conduct research, including competitive analysis

Conduct QA of digital media assets and traffic select media assets to media partners

Help ensure social media content calendars are accurate, error-free, and launch as planned

Recognize obstacles to success; bring ideas for solutions to manager and broader team
