They are seeking a full-time Remote Outbound Sales Representative to engage with qualified inbound leads, build trust, and close new business, all while providing comprehensive support and resources to ensure success.

Responsibilities

Contact warm, inbound leads— no cold calling required
Engage small and mid-sized business owners in meaningful sales conversations
Understand each prospect’s business needs and position Optuno as the solution
Book product demos and walk prospects through service options
Overcome objections and guide conversations toward a close
Request and confirm contact information for records and follow-up
Log all activity in our internal CRM (Optuno CRM + Five9 auto-dialer)
Transfer calls to specialists when needed
Close sales and earn commissions on every deal

Qualification

Digital marketing sales experiencePhone-based sales experienceClosing skillsCRM proficiencyFluent in EnglishConfidenceEnergyObjection handlingLearning ability

Required

You currently sell or have previously sold digital marketing services (SEO, websites, PPC, etc.)
You have proven phone-based sales experience, especially in outbound or inside sales
You're fluent in English (spoken and written) with a clear American accent
You have strong closing skills and confidence handling objections
You can quickly learn and explain service offerings clearly
You are comfortable using a CRM and logging call activity
You are available full-time (between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST, Monday–Sunday)
