Fourth Floor is a home textiles manufacturer seeking a Designer to lead the design and development of bedding products from concept through finished product. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create commercially viable designs while managing timelines and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and develop bedding products from concept through production for assigned projects or brands

Research and apply home and fashion trends to create saleable, market-relevant designs

Create artwork, color directions, specs, and development packages for vendor execution

Coordinate product development timelines, target pricing, and ship dates with internal teams and vendors

Prepare artwork and materials for brand approvals and customer presentations

Review and approve lab dips, strike-offs, handlooms, and prototypes in a timely manner

Ensure accurate and complete product information within PLM systems

Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, Sales, and external partners

Support showroom, sales, and photography sample needs

Travel to customers or licensors for presentations as needed
