Alleaz is seeking an experienced Client Partner with expertise in client growth strategy to support associations and nonprofit organizations. The role involves acting as a strategic advisor to enhance Salesforce adoption and drive business growth through tailored solutions and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary strategic partner for association and nonprofit clients, aligning Salesforce-enabled solutions to their organizational goals
Develop account growth strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and drive business development (BD) initiatives
Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, operational challenges, and strategic priorities, translating them into Salesforce-enabled solutions
Drive account-level revenue growth through consultative engagement, strategic relationship management, and value-based recommendations
Partner with internal Sales, Consulting, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to design and deliver tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal delivery, sales, and product teams to ensure solution excellence and client success
Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, influencing strategy and adoption of Salesforce ecosystem solutions
Act as a subject matter expert for nonprofit and association-specific processes (membership management, fundraising, engagement, events, grants management)
Support client executive presentations, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
Stay current with Salesforce innovations, ecosystem solutions, and industry trends in the nonprofit/association space

Required

3+ years of experience in sales, consulting, client advisory, or business development roles
Excellent relationship management and executive communication skills
Comfortable with occasional travel to client sites and industry events

Experience managing large strategic accounts and cross-functional engagements
Strong domain knowledge of associations and nonprofit operations
Established network within the nonprofit/association industry
