Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers in person to represent telecom products and services confidently, build trust, and guide purchasing decisions
Sales & Sign-Up Support: Understand product offerings in depth to clearly explain benefits, address questions, and assist customers in selecting suitable packages and completing sign-ups
Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and delivering brand campaigns at local events, retail setups, and residential outreach locations, ensuring all logistics and setups are on point
Team Collaboration & Leadership: Support team performance, participate in team briefings, and contribute to a collaborative, target-driven environment
Performance Tracking: Monitor personal and team KPIs (e.g., conversions, engagement rates), report on progress, and analyze trends to suggest improvements
Learning & Development: Receive ongoing training in communication, conflict resolution, time management, and team motivation, preparing you to lead future campaigns
