You embed with customers, understand their systems at first principles, and turn messy, high-stakes workflows into production software on our platform
You write code in real environments
You prototype
You debug
You re-architect
You ship
You will travel. Often
You will sit on-site with regulated teams, observe how work actually happens, and translate that reality into robust, compliant systems
You uncover edge cases no roadmap can predict
You pressure-test our abstractions
You surface the primitives the core platform must support next
You will not be handed tickets. You will be given missions: unlock a flagship account, prove a new workflow, make an impossible deployment succeed
You have absolute ownership over outcomes
If something is missing, you build it
