Responsibilities
Process and manage all outgoing mail
Stock, maintain, and troubleshoot network copiers
Monitor and maintain inventory of office, kitchen, and breakroom supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces including break rooms, conference rooms, storage/supply rooms, and hoteling office spaces
Hand deliver sensitive client and case-related documents and packages
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computer and AV equipment for proceedings as needed
Assist with organization and storage of both hard copy and digital case files
Provide general administrative support to staff throughout the day
Provide coverage for Receptionist as needed

Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Professional demeanor and communication skills
Basic technical aptitude for office equipment and AV systems
