Manages and coordinates the clinical treatment services for CORE services outpatient center
Supervises treatment staff the delivery of clinic services
Reviews development of treatment plans, clinical recommendations, and medication management services
Conducts staff evaluations
Responsible for developing and monitoring tracking of referrals and caseload assignments
Maintains procedures for confidentiality, release of criminal history information, and program adherence to and compliance with established Federal, State, and local standards and guidelines
Assesses program needs and recommends changes to enhance and increase effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in social service field (Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy) required
Fully Licensed - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, required
At least one (1) year of management experience in a fast-paced environment
At least one (1) year of providing behavioral health services
