Support M&A activity (due diligence and post-close integration)
Contribute to building a scalable, IPO-ready control environment
Qualification
Required
Public accounting background or 3–5 years in Internal Audit at a large or mid-sized organization
Strong command of internal controls, risk, and audit execution
Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Preferred
CPA preferred
Manufacturing, distribution, SOX, or supply chain exposure a plus
