Responsibilities

Database Administration: Manage Oracle 11g and 12c databases, including physical structure, planning, and scaling
Performance Tuning: Conduct deep-dive performance analysis, index creation, and optimization to ensure high-speed data processing
High Availability & Recovery: Deploy and configure Oracle Data Guard, RAC, and GoldenGate. Manage backups and recovery using RMAN
Collaboration: Partner with development teams throughout the SDLC to provide expert data modeling and infrastructure support
Security & Compliance: Adhere to strict security standards and participate in required state-mandated background checks

Required

Candidate MUST be a current resident of South Carolina
7+ years of experience in Database Development or Service Administration
5+ years of hands-on Oracle Database Administration experience
Expertise in: Oracle GoldenGate, RAC, Installations, and RMAN
Strong understanding of Oracle Enterprise Manager, Automatic Storage Management (ASM), and ACFS
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to navigate ITIL/DevOps operational models
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field
Ability to pass mandatory Criminal, Credit, and E-Verify background checks
