LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Recruiting Project Assistant to support the lateral recruiting team during a short-term project. This role focuses on administrative tasks and data clean-up as the organization transitions to a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the legal recruiting team
Assist with lateral recruiting processes, including updating and organizing candidate information
Support the clean-up and migration of data to a new ATS portal for attorneys
Help identify and document agency relationships, including determining which agencies to retain or terminate
Ensure the recruiting portal is accurate and streamlined for future use
Review resumes as needed during downtime
Perform general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Prior experience in recruiting or legal administration is a plus but not required
