Business Development Manager - Internship (Comission)
Digital Marketing Alive is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through Website Design & Development and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (Intern) who will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, with support from the Operations and Project Management teams.

Responsibilities
Make 50–100 cold calls daily to business owners
Send 30+ outbound emails daily
Build and nurture connections on LinkedIn
Actively use platforms like Alignable and Lunchclub to connect with business owners
Qualify leads and book appointments
Join sales calls with senior team members for the first few deals
After training, independently close deals
Coordinate with Operations & Project Management teams for proposals and onboarding
After 90–180 days (based on performance): Eligible for base salary + higher incentives
Opportunity to build and lead your own sales team
50% commission on the first month’s payment from every client you close
10% recurring commission every month as long as the client stays with us
Average deal size: USD $1,000 – $10,000
High performers can earn $5,000 – $15,000 per month within 6 months
Qualification
Required
Based in the United States
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
Self-driven and disciplined in a remote environment
Preferred
Prior sales or business development experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Interest in digital marketing services (Website & SEO)
