Administrative Assistant
Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Instructional Support Services Department. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and fiscal support, assist with program coordination, and help ensure the smooth operation of department functions.

Responsibilities
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and professional development events, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining records and personnel files, managing budgets and purchasing processes, verifying payroll and attendance records, and assisting with departmental communications
The position also involves data collection and analysis, working with electronic systems, and supporting special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of administrative or supervisory experience, or Associate's degree and three (3) years of experience, or High school diploma and five (5) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
