Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Infor XA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and post-go-live support
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Infor XA solutions
Configure and customize Infor XA modules to meet business needs
Provide functional expertise across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and distribution
Design and support interfaces, reports, and data migrations
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root-cause analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors)
Prepare functional/technical documentation and conduct user training
Mentor junior consultants and provide solution guidance
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience with strong Infor XA focus
Deep functional and technical expertise in Infor XA (MAPICS)
Lead end-to-end Infor XA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and post-go-live support
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Infor XA solutions
Configure and customize Infor XA modules to meet business needs
Provide functional expertise across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and distribution
Design and support interfaces, reports, and data migrations
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root-cause analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors)
Prepare functional/technical documentation and conduct user training

Strong hands-on experience with Infor XA (MAPICS)
Expertise in key modules: Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Planning, Finance, Costing
Strong knowledge of RPG, CL, DB2/400 (AS/400 / IBM i)
Experience with Infor XA upgrades and performance tuning
Good understanding of integrations with external systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred
Experience with Infor LX or Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)
Exposure to manufacturing domains such as discrete/process manufacturing
Prior experience in global rollouts and multi-site implementations
