Blue Owl Capital is a leading asset manager that is redefining alternatives. The company is seeking an Analyst to join its Institutional Capital Global Operations team, where the role will support operational and investment due diligence and client reporting across various asset classes.

Responsibilities

Support operational and investment due diligence across Credit, GP Strategic Capital, Real Assets, and Insurance Solutions
Drive fundraising and client service through DDQ, RFP, and ODD response processes
Develop and maintain diligence materials and centralized content repository
Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure timely, accurate updates
Build knowledge of fund products, strategies, and operational processes
Maintain consultant databases and reporting accuracy

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2–5 years in asset management operations or performance analysis
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams, including senior management
Detail-oriented, able to multitask and manage changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; resourceful and solution driven
High integrity and discretion with sensitive information
