Responsibilities
Prepare and validate data for indirect tax processes, including journal entries and G/L reconciliations
Assist with documenting current client processes prior to transition
Support workflow enhancements by gathering requirements and providing input on technology-driven improvements
Perform routine compliance support tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
Maintain organized records and audit-ready documentation
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Communications, Accounting, Finance, or related field required
0–1 year of experience; internship or exposure to tax operations preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
