Responsibilities

Answer customer questions about:
Accounts, billing, orders, pricing, and products
Help customers use online tools and systems
Fix issues and complaints using good judgment
Follow up with customers by phone or email when needed
Look for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell when appropriate
Document everything clearly in company systems
Work closely with your team and follow company policies

$250 after 45 days (after completing training)
