Responsibilities
Oversee the growth of Pega and Process Transformation capabilities by defining and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with Perficient and Pega direction
Maintain and expand Pega relationships, serving as a key point of contact for the Pega business inside Perficient
Act as a subject matter expert, actively guiding technical solutions, sales enablement, and innovation in this space
Develop sales activation artifacts to identify new service opportunities thought compelling customer value propositions
Own Pega evangelism and presales conversations, partnering with account teams to shape new opportunities
Work with clients to strategize and implement Pega-based solutions for business process automation, case management, and workflow optimization using Agentic AI
Mentor architects and consultants, influence practice direction, and represent Perficient in the growing Pega ecosystem
Accountable for innovation leadership to drive intellectual property development across the Pega portfolio by adopting new Pega capabilities, leveraging business insight and technical expertise
Build enablement materials and train delivery teams on Pega AI capabilities and technical best practices
Own and drive the Go-To-Market capability for Pega implementations and process transformation initiatives
Maintain knowledge of Pega product roadmaps and capabilities in this space
Craft compelling solution narratives, architecture diagrams, scope definitions, and supporting documentation for sales presentations
Support RFP/RFI responses by leveraging existing assets and creating new content that provides strategic and technical guidance
Lead discovery workshops to capture business and technical requirements for process automation, case management, and digital workflows
Develop and lead practice strategies around technical capabilities such as: Pega Platform architecture and application design, Workflow automation and case management, Integration with enterprise systems, Low-code development best practices, AI-powered decisioning and robotic process automation (RPA)
Produce high-quality sales enablement material that aligns to Pega direction
Guide both sellers and delivery teams on capabilities in this space
Liaise with offshore teams to drive global capabilities that expand client options
Mentor colleagues on Pega best practices and contribute to Perficient’s Pega community of practice
Support sales pursuits with demos, proofs of concept (POVs), and statements of work
Foster an engaging colleague culture that inspires strong team and individual performance, in line with Perficient's People Promise
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading practices
Experience working with the Pega channel with a current network of contacts in good standing
Expertise in Pega Platform, including application design, case management, workflow automation, and integration
Proven ability to drive go-to-market strategies focused on helping clients transform business processes using Pega
Hands-on consulting experience in Pega application development and architecture
Leadership experience with Pega Infinity and strategic industry frameworks
Leadership history in professional-services/consulting environments, including capability development, project estimation, and client workshop facilitation
Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations
Current or Prior Pega certifications such as: Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA), Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), Certified Business Architect (CBA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience leading globally distributed teams; willingness to mentor junior staff
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Must be willing to travel as client and partner needs dictate
Preferred
Master's degree in computer science or related field
