Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with potential clients across various industries
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape
Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with company goals and objectives
Identify potential markets and industries for business expansion and create strategies to penetrate those markets
Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring achievement of revenue targets
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of staffing solutions
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between business development efforts and candidate sourcing strategies
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales/business development role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, industry trends, and client needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
