Responsibilities
Lead daily onsite frac operations and enforce top-tier safety standards
Oversee coil, wireline, snubbing, frac, and flowback activities
Coordinate service partners and manage operational performance
Control costs and troubleshoot operational issues
Provide accurate reporting and ensure flawless execution of the work plan
Qualification
Required
10+ years of completions experience (Operator or Service Partner)
Hands on experience with frac, coil, wireline, snubbing & flowback
College degree and/or military service
Onshore and/or offshore operations background
Strong leadership and vendor management skills
