Director of Sales and Business Development - The Americas (Contex & Colortrac)
Danish Industry is representing Global Scanning Group, which is looking for a Director of Sales and Business Development for the Americas. In this role, you will lead commercial growth for two globally recognized technology brands, working with distributors and partners to drive performance and ensure sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Championing distributor engagement and ensuring strong execution of the international strategies
Tracking and analyzing performance data to identify opportunities and secure corrective actions when needed
Balancing sales forecasts, supply, and inventory levels for efficient operations
Taking ownership of regional sales metrics and driving teams to meet or exceed KPIs
Leading and motivating a talented, high-performing commercial team
Managing the overall business operations of our Americas office, including finance, logistics and office leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, international business, or a related commercial field
Proven track record in B2B sales leadership – ideally in technology, hardware or related industry
Strong experience in managing distributors, partners, or regional sales network
Sound understanding of strategic planning, financial performance, operations, and team leadership
Ability to operate independently while aligning with global leadership
