They are seeking an experienced Industrial Boiler Service Technician to perform field service, installation, and maintenance on commercial and industrial boiler and burner systems.

Responsibilities

Perform precision maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial boilers, burners, and related mechanical systems
Conduct combustion tuning for efficiency and emissions compliance
Perform annual preventive maintenance, internal/external inspections, and equipment testing
Install, wire, and commission new boiler systems, burners, and auxiliary equipment
Replace or upgrade control components, sensors, and combustion system hardware
Provide basic training to customers on operation and maintenance procedures
Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls, including occasional nights and weekends
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and documentation according to company standards
Promote safe work practices, including confined space entry, lockout/tagout, and compliance with OSHA guidelines

Required

Minimum 3+ years of experience working on industrial or commercial boiler systems
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with boiler/burner controls, wiring, and commissioning
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency service calls

Preferred

OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Confined space and LOTO training
