Start in 2026 SpringThe Coca-Cola Company is seeking passionate and driven interns for their Center Finance & Strategy teams for a 10-week internship program. Interns will support various teams in Finance and Strategy, contribute to operational responsibilities, and work on projects aimed at streamlining processes and adopting digital tools.

Responsibilities
Work under the supervision of a Center Function leader
Support the assigned Finance or Strategy team to deliver operational responsibilities. Build business acumen while expanding your finance and strategy skills in a global setting
Identify ways to streamline processes and modernize how we work. This may include working with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation use cases. Automation use cases may include the use of CokeGPT, GenAI, process and reporting automation, workflow optimization, among other types of digital solutions. Design, pilot, and help scale automation use cases
Help drive the adoption of available and approved digital tools and solutions within the function. Support activities to increase digital literacy within the function. Digital literacy opportunities may include training and support to team members on the use of digital tools or addressing inquiries and challenges to facilitate a smoother adoption
Take on a defined project or deliverable that solves a specific business problem and makes a real impact
Support activities to stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and provide insight into potential opportunities
Actively participate in Finance & Strategy capability offering (structured learning/experiential learning)
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Strategy, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025
Familiarity with financial concepts and processes
Willingness to work in Atlanta, GA during the internship
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills
Technically proficient with digital tools and a quick learner of new technologies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong command of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
Strong work ethic and ability to meet project deadlines
High degree of curiosity and a growth mindset
Demonstrates initiatives with positive intent, including during periods of ambiguity or competing priorities
Agile: Demonstrates a mindset and a way of working that empowers collaboration with users to deliver valuable working solutions through iteration and responding to change
Design Solutions: Recommends strategic focus areas to address business problems and opportunities, in alignment with strategic priorities

Digital & Data Fluency: Applies technology and digital tools to make work and commerce more efficient and impactful. Analyzes data into actionable insights by extracting relevant information to support recommendations
Network Enablement: Defines the combination of talent, processes, technologies, and structures required to get work done and execute business strategy. Improves and optimizes business operations by applying internal and external learnings
