Provide technical leadership in roadway design and guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions
Manage projects from proposal through delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
Support business development through marketing, proposal writing, and industry engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
8+ years of highway/roadway design experience
Proficiency in MicroStation and GEOPAK
Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Experience with public engagement and presenting technical concepts
Proven ability to write proposals and manage client relationships

Preferred

Design-build or CMGC experience is a plus
